About the Role
The School is seeking to appoint a dedicated and passionate Student Support Officer to join their team.

Main Responsibilities:
* To develop and implement systems and intervention strategies for effective case management to meet the individual needs of the students.
* To establish partnerships with both government and non-government organisations to support students and address diverse needs.
* To provide social and emotional support, encouraging engagement and achievement.
Key Requirements:
* A positive, caring attitude and ability to thrive in a team environment.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration within the school community.
* Demonstrated knowledge of the youth sector, particularly local organisations and services.
* Ability to manage competing priorities within timelines.
