OverviewWe're seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to step into a hands on Treasury role, managing treasury accounting, reconciliations, clearing accounts, Jsox and Audit, management reporting, liquidity and financial risk, and supporting strategic decision making.
Reporting to the National Manager, Treasury, you'll work across Treasury and Finance teams to ensure the business has the stability and flexibility to deliver on its growth plans.

With a dealer network that spans both Nissan and non-Nissan dealerships nationwide, we work in a dynamic, competitive market that demands both strategic vision and hands-on execution.About The RoleIn this pivotal technical role, you will:Treasury accounting: Handle and manage all treasury accounting aspects including bank reconciliations, clearing accounts, sign off balance sheet clearing accounts, loan and borrowings reconciliations, cost of funds accounting, hedge accounting and finalization with accounting teamBudgeting, Forecasting, treasury reporting & analysis: Provide clear insights on funding plan, estimates of cost of funds, periodical treasury reporting and financial risk to senior managementAudit, Jsox, compliance & governance: Maintain alignment with internal policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
Manage all internal, external audits and Jsox.
Ensure compliance and timely closureManage cash & liquidity: Oversee daily cash flow, forecasting, and funding requirementsSupport bank and debt management: Build relationships with banks and lenders, manage debt facilities, and optimise costsDrive process improvement & automation: Streamline treasury workflows, implement best-practice systems and strengthen controlsCollaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Finance, Accounting, and business units to optimise working capitalAbout YouYou'll thrive in this role if you have:Strong interest in building a Treasury careerWorking experience in financial services, banking sectorExperience in Financial or Management Accounting; Treasury experience a plusTertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance, CA or CPAAdvanced Excel and financial modelling skills; SAP experience a bonusExperience leading teams or project (preferred)Solid understanding of finance operations and reportingPassion for continuous improvement, technology, and automationConfident communication and collaboration with stakeholders at all levelsSolutions-focused mindset and curiosity to make a tangible impactWhy Join Us?
