About Us

At Healthia, we're on a mission to become Australia and New Zealand's most trusted allied health provider. Across our growing network of optometry, podiatry, physiotherapy, and hand therapy clinics, we live by one purpose: Transforming Health, Enriching Lives.

We're seeking a People & Culture Business Partner to join our team in a newly created role, partnering with a group of Queensland-based clinics alongside our Hand Therapy division nationally.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on, relationship-focused HR professional stepping into their first Business Partner role. You'll be on site, embedded with leaders, investing time in understanding their teams and building trusted, long-term relationships that support sustainable growth.

About the Role

Working closely with operational and clinical leaders, you'll provide practical, end-to-end people support across the employee lifecycle. This is a true partnering role, balancing day-to-day advisory work with involvement in broader people initiatives and change activities.

Key Responsibilities

* Partner with leaders across metro QLD Physiotherapy clinics and the national Hand Therapy portfolio, providing trusted, practical people advice.
* Support workforce planning, leadership capability uplift, and team development.
* Deliver core employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, performance, engagement, and retention initiatives.
* Contribute to acquisition integration and organisational change activities as required.
* Promote Healthia's values, EVP, and wellbeing initiatives across the network.
* Use people insights and data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

Some travel may be required for relationship-building and key initiatives, though it is not frequent.

About You

You're ready to step into a Business Partner role and enjoy being close to the business, with a pragmatic and approachable style that builds credibility through action and consistency. You bring experience from a generalist or advisory P&C/HR role, ideally supporting multiple leaders or sites, and you're comfortable working on site alongside leaders and teams in a hands-on, solutions-focused way. You've been exposed to growth, change, or fast-moving environments and communicate with clarity and confidence, allowing you to build trusted, long-term relationships.

Above all, you have a genuine interest in developing leaders and continuously improving the employee experience over time.

Why join us at Healthia?

* Full-time or part-time, on-site role based in our new Bowen Hills office, within walking distance of the train station.
* Salary up to $105,000 + superannuation plus a $1,500 annual professional development allowance.
* Opportunity to step into your first Business Partner role with strong support and exposure.
* Access to discounted allied health services and products across our network.
* Fitness Passport and other group benefits.
* Be part of a growing organisation that values connection, learning, and impact.

This is an exciting time to join Healthia as we continue to evolve and invest in our leaders, teams, and patient experience.

Ready to grow with us?

If you're ready to shape the future of people experience at Healthia, we'd love to hear your story.
