We are a busy, established venue operating seven days a week. We are long-term operators of the venue, with steady growth, a strong functions pipeline and a core team who have been with us for some time.
We are seeking a Head Chef who is looking for a genuine long-term opportunity and is ready to take full responsibility for a well-regarded but demanding kitchen.
This is a hands‐on leadership role in a venue with consistent volume. The focus is on structure, consistency and leading from the front during service. Midweek time is structured for planning, prep and organisation, with the expectation that the Head Chef drives standards and sets the pace for the team.
The Role
* Oversee all kitchen operations
* Set and maintain clear standards across the team
* Lead service during high-volume periods and events
* Manage ordering, stock control and rostering
* Maintain food cost targets and margins
* Drive consistency, discipline and execution
* Maximise current offerings before implementing change

* Experienced Head Chef or strong Senior Sous ready to step up
* Confident leading from the front in a busy, hands‐on environment
* Comfortable setting expectations and holding people accountable
* Strong on systems, organisation and consistency
* Commercially aware and across food cost control
* Looking for a stable, long-term role where you can take ownership
* Enjoy being on the tools, setting the pace and leading from the front
Salary: $100,000 – $110,000 + superannuation, based on experience and capability.
