Job Opportunity: Barber/Hairdresser
Pete's Hair Studio is seeking a skilled and experienced Barber/Hairdresser to join their team.
* Provide high-quality grooming services including shampooing, conditioning, and colouring of hair.
* Utilize various styling tools and chemical solutions to achieve desired hairstyles.
* Cut, shave, shape, and trim hair, beards, and moustaches using scissors, clippers, razors, and combs.
* Offer facial hair maintenance and custom shaves to clients.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene by sanitizing work areas and instruments.
* Coordinate appointments, order supplies, and process payments in a timely manner.
* Supervise and mentor junior staff members.
* Offer personalized hairstyle suggestions to clients based on their preferences and needs.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Barber/Hairdresser.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Physical stamina to handle the demands of the role.
