Team Leader Opportunity in Occupational Therapy

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our expanding Occupational Therapy team in Maitland. As a key member of our national team of 70+ Occupational Therapists, you will play a vital role in delivering clinical services to participants aged 0-65 with various diagnoses and disability types.

You will work closely with a team of clinicians to provide high-quality support and guidance to clients over an extended period. Your responsibilities will include:

* Supporting a team of Occupational Therapists with day-to-day service delivery and clinical guidance
* Delivering training, induction, and supervision as required
* Completing quality assurance report reviews and feedback
* Attending appointments with Occupational Therapists to provide support and training
* Developing well-written reports and management plans that incorporate cutting-edge strategies and interventions

You will have the opportunity to work across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, community, and/or ORS offices. To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
* 3+ years experience as a practicing Occupational Therapist (preferred)
* Registration or ability to become registered with AHPRA
* A vehicle and driver's licence
* A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or ability to obtain one
