Job Title: ANZ Marketing Specialist (PR & Events Focus)

About the Role
We are seeking a hands‐on Marketing Specialist to lead offline marketing, product launches, and external partnerships (PR agencies, endorsers, talent) across Australia & New Zealand. You'll work directly with the Marketing Lead, bridging strategy and execution. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of overseas marketing experience, preferably in 3C or consumer tech.
Key Responsibilities
* Marketing Strategy & Content – Support ANZ marketing strategy and campaign execution. Conduct competitive analysis and create locally relevant content.
* Offline & Retail Marketing – Plan and execute in‐store marketing activities to drive sales performance. Track campaign data and optimize brand exposure across retail touchpoints (e.g., JB Hi‐Fi, Harvey Norman).
* Talent Management – Lead end‐to‐end endorser/influencer selection, contracting, and relationship management in ANZ.
* Launch Events – Independently plan and execute at least two major product launch events in Australia, from concept to post‐event analysis.
* PR Agency Management – Serve as day‐to‐day lead with local PR agencies, managing briefs, timelines, and deliverables to maximize earned media.
Requirements
* ~3 years overseas marketing experience, ideally in 3C/consumer electronics
* Established local network (PR agencies, event suppliers, talent agents) in Australia
* Proven track record of delivering at least two major product launches independently
* Strong understanding of Australian retail environment (JB Hi‐Fi, Harvey Norman, etc.)
* Resilient, proactive, comfortable with ambiguity; strong collaboration skills
* Fluent in English (negotiation & media pitching)
* Based in Melbourne (Sydney considered)
