The Opportunity
The Change & Training Manager leads the people, change and capability impacts of large‐scale OT and digital change across live manufacturing environments. This role ensures change is safely adopted, embedded into BAU and delivered with minimal disruption to operations. Working closely with site leaders, OT specialists and program teams, the role translates complex technical change into practical outcomes for factory teams. This is a 12‐month full‐time fixed‐term contract.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and deliver integrated change and training strategies for large‐scale OT and digital initiatives across manufacturing environments.
* Manage change impacts in safety‐critical, live factory settings, ensuring changes are phased, embedded and sustained with minimal operational disruption.
* Partner with site leaders, OT specialists and senior stakeholders to translate complex technical change into clear, practical impacts for frontline teams.
* Drive change readiness, adoption and BAU handover to maximise long‐term change effectiveness.
* Develop and deliver targeted communications, workshops and training for frontline, leadership and executive audiences.
* Scope and manage change and training resourcing in collaboration with Project Managers, delivering within agreed budgets.
* Provide leadership, coaching and oversight to change and training resources to ensure quality, consistency and alignment to CSR frameworks.
* Ensure compliance with WHSE requirements and project governance standards.
About You
You are an experienced Change & Training Manager with a background in operational technology environments, bringing a pragmatic, people‐centred approach to change that balances safety, operational realities and strategic outcomes.
You Will Also Bring
* 5-6 years of experience leading large‐scale change initiatives, ideally across OT, digital or systems programmes (e.g. SAP, MS Dynamics).
* A tertiary qualification in Business, HR, Psychology or a related discipline.
* Accreditation or demonstrated practice in Human‐Centred Design, Lean Change or Agile Change approaches.
* Proven experience delivering change in live, safety‐critical environments with high operational constraints.
* Strong leadership, influencing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively across frontline, management and executive audiences.
* Excellent communication, facilitation and training delivery capability.
* The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced, evolving environment while maintaining a collaborative, outcomes‐focused mindset.
