 
        
        We are looking for an experienced Multisite Area Manager, retail, who prides themselves on achieving results, through fostering a "one team" environment, and leading their team to success with a people first approach.
Reporting to the Regional Manager your responsibilities will include:
- Coach and mentor Managers to inspire staff morale, and develop teams 
- Operate in alignment with the Brand Values to drive team Culture 
- Monitor and drive sales to achieve monthly budgets and KPI's 
- Drive Customer Experience through coaching and store visits 
- Ensure efficient operation of all stores 
- Analyze individual store needs to optimize results 
- Ensure merchandising standards are adhered to & provide feedback to enhance store presentation 
- Use inhouse reports to identify opportunities and implement plans to drive state and store performance 
- Work in partnership with all departments to optimize the performance of the business 
- Communicate and drive all opportunities to market the brand

**Skills and experience**
This key role would ideally suit an experienced Multi-Site Manager who is looking for a new challenge, & career growth. 
- Experience in Multi-Site management (Minimum 2 years) 
- Proven leadership of successful sales teams 
- Ability to coach and train on all areas of retail to deliver results 
- Ability to understand key HR requirements to manage performance 
- Skills to work alongside the Regional Manager 
- Ability to work with and utilize all supporting departments 
- Must be proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook 
- Looking for growth and opportunity in all that they do 
- Ability to manage regular travel 
- Must have own vehicle
In addition to the above, the successful applicant will have excellent communications skills, both written and verbal. The ability to think critically and work independently is also an integral part of the position. Additional requirements include willingness to work outside of regular operating hours when necessary, some weekends and to be on call when necessary.
