Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct open homes and private property inspections to showcase properties to potential buyers.
* Respond to rental inquiries and communicate effectively with tenants and landlords.
* Prepare properties for online advertising and manage the entire process from start to finish.
* Assist with lease preparation and signups, ensuring smooth transitions for tenants and landlords.
* Complete ingoing and outgoing condition reports to maintain accurate records.
* Conduct routine property inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
* Communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders, including tenants, landlords, and trades.
* Support the property management team with various tasks and projects.
Required Skills & Experience:
* On-the-job training provided – no previous real estate experience necessary.
* High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
* Current Certificate of Registration or willingness to obtain.
