$33 p/h + 12% superannuation

The Position:
* Supervising and supporting a team of cleaning staff
* Operating specialised cleaning equipment, including floor scrubbers
* Coordinating daily cleaning tasks across school facilities and amenities
* Ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards are consistently met
* Monitoring stock levels and reporting maintenance or supply needs
* Ensuring all cleaning activities comply with company procedures and WHS requirements
* Providing on-the-job training and guidance to team members
The Person:
* Previous experience in a Cleaning Supervisor or senior cleaning role
* Strong background in commercial, education, or hotel cleaning
* Proven ability to lead, motivate, and support a team
* Confident working independently and making decisions when required
* Experience operating cleaning equipment and a strong understanding of WHS
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Physically fit, reliable, and detail-oriented
* Valid driver's licence is an advantage
* Must hold or be willing to obtain a Blue Card (legislative requirement)
