* Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment cleaning and restocking supplies as needed.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth front-of-house operations during busy periods.
* Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies; assist in ordering when necessary.
Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
* Proven barista experience with a strong understanding of various brewing methods (espresso machine operation preferred).
* Experience in front-of-house roles within the hospitality industry is essential.
* Demonstrated ability overseeing coffee machine settings and maintenance.
Skills:
