Key Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
* Australian Association of Social Workers Certification and membership.
* Professional liability/public indemnity insurance.
* Ability to work as a sole practitioner and maintain strong relationships with clinical teams.
* Passion for ongoing learning and growth in clinical and non-clinical areas.
* Strong communication skills.
* High standard of ethical practice.
* Capacity to provide clinical supervision to other staff based on experience level.
