**Requirements**:
You must be a strong team player, creative and self-motivated
You have an outgoing personality, positive attitude and loads of initiative
Experience working in a busy bar or restaurant, or other quality venue in a hands-on customer facing role
Excellent attention to detail
Knowledge of current food and beverage trends, cocktail creation and premium wines and liquor
Have a passion for the industry and never settle for the mediocre Full time or Part time hours available.
