Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will work with other customer service representatives locally to ensure the smooth day to day management of customers and enquiries. This may include:
- Inbound calls (not a call centre)
- Quality checking clients work
- Process management
- Being the first point of contact for low level clients (Account management)
- Administration support as required
- Maintaining CRM
**The Successful Applicant**:
- Initiative, exceptional attention to detail, great time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Ability to carry out duties autonomously, confidentially and work effectively in a team environment
- Incredible organisational skills and the ability to prioritise their workload
