Job Title: Executive Assistant to CEO
Key Responsibilities:
* Complete daily administrative duties as required.
* Organise and manage the CEO's daily meeting schedules.
* Conduct detailed research on various projects, sites, companies and industries as required.
* Communicate with departments as instructed by the CEO.
* Provide training to the executive assistance team on procedures, compliance, follow-ups, protocols and systems.
* Manage meeting room scheduling, food and beverages requirements, and tea table resets.
* Implement and monitor the filing of documentation and electronic hard copies.
* Perform performance valuations on the executive assistance team and carry out discipline as required.
* Take meeting minutes and prepare weekly, monthly and yearly reports as required.
* Ensure efficient communication between departments through timely exchange of information.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as an EA or PA in a property, real estate or similar organisation.
* No remote work offered. Must be based in the office, in the outer Eastern suburbs, full-time.
