Key Responsibilities
Oversee village operations, budgets, P&L;, and reporting
Coordinate maintenance, asset management, and refurbishments
Engage with residents, committees, families, and the community
Ensure compliance with legislation, WHS, and industry standards
Manage contractors and external service providers
Skills & Experience
Experience as a Village Manager, Asset/Property/Strata Manager, or similar
Strong financial, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities
Passion for enhancing resident wellbeing and satisfaction
