As a Regional Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of communities in their assigned region. This includes managing administrative and maintenance tasks, creating and implementing leasing and marketing plans, and preparing financial reports.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing real estate property management functions
* Creating and implementing leasing and marketing plans
* Preparing financial reports and monitoring compliance with regulations
* Conducting budget reviews and ensuring sites are meeting financial goals
* Handling resident complaints and supervising building security measures
The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and organizational skills, as well as experience with property management software and compliance with HUD regulations.

Requirements
* Two (2) years of experience as a Regional Property Manager
* Proficiency in YARDI or similar property management software
* Experience with preparation and oversight of REAC and MOR inspections
* Exceptional communication, customer service, and organizational skills
* Ability to diffuse difficult situations and work collaboratively in a dynamic environment
