Food Service Technician
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking team member to join our kitchen staff. As a food service technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, equipment, and cooking surfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
* Wash and sanitize all dishes, equipment, utensils, pots, and pans.
* Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment, ensuring it is cleaned and serviced regularly.
* Keep the dishwashing area clean and organized, including sweeping and mopping floors.
* Dispose of trash and recycling.
* Unpack and store all produce deliveries.
* Assist in other kitchen duties as assigned by the chef.
