We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team of professionals on a full time and permanent basis
The role includes but is not limited to:
- Maintain good customer relationships
- Oversee and assist with customer queries and concerns
- Process customer and supplier invoices (recipient created) using company specific software
- Provide customer summaries and reports using company specific software and excel
- Liaise with contractors and third parties to coordinate customer service outcomes
- Maintain business records
- Account reconciliations
- Ensure the company's policies, procedures and standards are adhered to
- Co-ordination of personnel activities including but not limited to safety, training and supervision
- Report and collaborate with senior management to promote growth with customers and suppliers

**Salary**: Guaranteed annual earnings of at least $70,000 + Super
