About the Role This position sits at the intersection of sales and procurement, responsible for managing supplier relationships, sourcing products, and driving revenue growth across a portfolio of foodservice and wholesale customers. You’ll be working in a highly dynamic environment where no two days look the same - balancing customer demand, pricing, supply, and margin optimisation.
