Key Responsibilities:
* Client assessment and therapy
* Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs
* Develop and deliver therapy plans tailored to each child's needs
* Provide therapy through telehealth, face-to-face sessions, or a combination of both
* Work closely with families, educators, and other professionals to support each child's development
* Offer coaching and strategies to parents, carers, and educators to enhance carryover of therapy goals
* Mentor and supervise Therapy Assistants
* Create and utilise engaging therapy resources to support client goals
* Assist in developing online materials and programs to extend the reach and impact of your work
* Stay updated with evidence-based practices and incorporate them into your therapy
