Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate Physiotherapist to support our shop-on-video experience, where customers interact via video calls to understand and purchase products. This role involves assessments, product explanation, and consultative selling through video interactions, with a strong focus on communication and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct basic posture and mobility assessments over video calls
* Understand customer concerns and recommend suitable products
* Explain product features and benefits in a clear, confident, and engaging manner
* Handle live video sessions / demos (shop-on-video)
* Guide customers through product selection and usage
* Build trust and improve conversions through effective communication
* Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience
Requirements
* BPT / Physiotherapy graduate (Fresher or recent pass-out or Experienced)
* Strong interest in: Movement, posture, and ergonomics
* Comfortable and confident on video calls / camera-facing roles
* Ability to explain concepts in a simple and relatable way
