About the Role
We are looking for a high‐energy Restaurant Manager to join our team in Hillarys. This full‐time role is an opportunity to take real ownership of the Zeus Street Greek Whitfords location, building a high‐performing team and driving both culture and commercial success. You will lead from the front, developing your people and setting the standard every single day.
Responsibilities
* Full ownership of restaurant performance across sales, operations, and team culture
* Leading, coaching, and developing your leadership team to drive excellence
* Driving KPIs and managing P&L; with a strong commercial mindset
* Delivering consistently exceptional food quality and customer experiences
* Maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance
Requirements
* Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced environment (2+ years QSR Restaurant Manager experience highly regarded)
* Strong commercial acumen with confidence managing numbers and store performance
* A track record of hitting targets and building strong, productive teams
* Exceptional communication and people leadership skills
* A hands‐on leadership style with a positive "can-do" attitude
* Act as a trusted partner to the franchisee, as a key operational partner, helping translate strategy into execution and results.
