We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Sales Development Partner. This role will involve connecting people with disability to our services that support them to achieve their goals.
The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with local teams to grow awareness and reputation in the community, generating demand for our services, supporting new customers through the enquiry and sign-up process, and maintaining a structured approach to achieving targets while ensuring customers are properly engaged and supported.
* Manage new leads from Enquiries team, liaise with Service Coordinators and Service Support Partners to sign up new customers.
* Identify opportunities for existing customers to access additional services where there are unmet service needs.
* Understand the local market and build/maintain a strong network of relevant relationships.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage new leads and customer acquisition.
* Identify and nurture new customer opportunities leading to increased sales.
* Build and maintain a strong network of relationships within the local community.
* Develop and implement sales campaigns to increase our profile and generate demand for our services.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
1. Proven experience of achieving sales targets in a service environment.
2. Proven experience of identifying and nurturing new customer opportunities leading to increased sales.
3. Formal qualifications in business or certification/training in sales would be an advantage.
