We're seeking a passionate and skilled Application Support Engineer to join our client's highly collaborative, supportive & multi-talented UX APJ Tech Support team. You will tackle challenging platform & customer issues, champion customer success, and contribute to shaping the Cloud landscape! Job Title: Technical Support Engineer (UX) What your exciting days will look like: Use your creative problem-solving skills to troubleshoot & resolve complex technical problems Advocate for users, providing expert guidance & solutions. Own & resolve challenging UX platform issues. Collaborate seamlessly with customers & internal teams (admins, developers etc.) Manage your time wisely & juggle priorities like a boss Put to good use your knowledge in Incident, problem, change management, knowledgebase & defects Report design, reliability, and maintenance issues to engineering. Continuously learn our product suite as it continues to grow so you can best understand & support how customers use the platform What you'll be bringing to the table: Must have up to 2-4 years' experience providing Customer facing Technical support/Application support/Software support (Web based products or e-commerce preferred) Good experience w/ dynamic HTML components (AJAX, JavaScript, CSS, XML, HTML, XHTML) Experience with JavaScript, AngularJS or Jelly would be a plus Experienced in analysing log files and standard debugging concept Working knowledge of the components in a web application stack Nice to Haves: Bonus points for Backend knowledge (Java or similar languages) and DB skills (MySQL, Oracle) Familiarity with Linux, UNIX or other OS What awaits you: Look forward to an exciting & innovative Tech culture, state of the art facilities, very supportive environment, strong growth projectory, flexible WFH/Hybrid setup & the opportunity for FT/perm conversion. * Candidates must have Full working rights in AU * 12 Mos Max term contract (annual salary with accrued leave entitlements) What's Next?
