They are looking for an energetic, friendly individual who thrives in a high-volume environment to join their team based in Horsley Park. About the role We are seeking a customer service representative to join a fast-paced, high-volume transport environment. This is a temporary opportunity with strong potential to go permanent - no weekend work! You will provide end-to-end customer service via phone and email, supporting clients with deliveries, tracking, and transport bookings. Key Responsibilities Respond to phone and email enquiries promptly. Manage cases using Salesforce or similar CRM systems. Book pick-ups and deliveries using an in-house system Track and trace consignments Update clients on delivery status and performance. Meet customer service targets and KPIs About You You’re energetic, reliable, and enjoy working in a team-based environment. You thrive under pressure and take pride in delivering excellent service.
