Job Title: Support Services Assistant
We are seeking a Support Services Assistant to join our team at St Vincent's Care Services. As a Support Services Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.
Job Description:
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide high-quality cleaning services that support the health, wellbeing, and safety of our residents, customers, and staff. This includes cleaning, laundry, and food services.
* Clean and maintain resident rooms, common areas, and public spaces
* Ensure all areas are tidy and free from clutter
* Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
* Contribute to the overall maintenance and upkeep of the facility
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
* Experience working in a similar environment, such as aged care or healthcare
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* A nationally coordinated criminal history check (within the last 6 months)
* An NDIS worker screening check (may be required for this role)
