Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and being the go-to person for solutions? We have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Service Desk Officer to join our team.
This role has become available due to career progression within the department, and we're looking for someone who can continue to uphold our high standards of service.
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for Facilities-related queries, ensuring requests are managed promptly and professionally.
Key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
* Managing help desk calls and emails (internal and external queries).
* Coordinating contractor sign-ins and visitor inductions.
* Handling key access requests and assisting with car bookings.
* Screening and coordinating event requests, including management of cleaning, hygiene and waste arrangements in preparation for room readiness.
* Maintaining accurate databases and records.
* Providing team and organisation support with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

About You:
We're looking for someone who is:
* Customer-focused team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
* A strong communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills.
* Able to work in collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
* Organised and adaptable and able to manage and prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Skilled in problem-solving and identifying potential issues with the ability to resolve issue promptly.
* Experienced in providing friendly and professional customer service.
Experience in facilities, administration or fleet management will be highly regarded, but a commitment to great service and teamwork is essential.
