OPS is seeking a General Manager to lead the Group technical, product and support functions across our capital sales and aftermarket business.
This is a pivotal executive leadership role reporting directly to the CEO, responsible for shaping the long-term technical and product strategy of the OPS Group.
What You'll Lead
* Group product portfolio and OEM strategy
* Joint business planning, pricing and forecasting
* Capital project governance and tender strategy
* Technical sales, helpdesk and warranty performance
* Spare parts strategy and optimisation
* Marketing plans, budgets and initiatives
* Market penetration into Tier 1, mining and EPC/EPCM clients
What You'll Bring
* 10+ years in crushing, screening, mineral processing or bulk materials handling (desirable)
* Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Project Management or Business (desirable) OR trade background combined with senior leadership experience
* Strong capital equipment and project delivery background
* Proven OEM relationship management and commercial negotiation experience
* Executive-level leadership capability with a track record of profitable growth
* Ability to conduct regular interstate and international travel.
