About the role
Reporting directly to the General Manager, Operations and with a dotted line to the HR Director, this role will work across all levels of the organisation to deliver operational and strategic HR support, continuing the positive and progressive journey of the function.
You will implement the current HR plan, continuing to embed global frameworks and initiatives already in place, but will take this to the next level. You will also play an integral part in the planning and implementation of a broad range of People & Culture initiatives across the organisation.
**Specifically you will**:
Driving key culture and engagement initiatives;
Provide support to leaders and regular on the job coaching;
Develop and implement strategies to elevate the recruitment and onboarding experience;
Work proactively with leaders to manage performance and any employee relations issues;
Proactively work with the business to identify cyclical training as well as professional development opportunities.
Develop, embed, and maintain a strategic workforce plan across your portfolio, incorporating the anticipated future needs of the business and capability requirements; and
Drive and lead the focus of continuous improvement for the function.
You will have the ability to influence and guide leaders, and be comfortable working in a role which blends strategy with operational delivery and flexing between the two as the business requires. You will enjoy building strong, productive relationships with various stakeholders across the business and be a collaborative team player with a down-to-earth working style.
Who are we looking for?
Professional qualifications will be complemented by exceptional personal drive, a high level of resilience, personal integrity, and commitment to deliver. You will have a proven depth of employee and industrial relations, as well as HR Business Partnering experience, ideally within a manufacturing, FMCG, or related industry sector. With strong influencing skills, you will enjoy working within a global organisation, demonstrating great flexibility in adapting to the needs of the business.

A strong business acumen, resilience to flex and navigate a changing environment and the ability to 'lean in' and be involved in tasks that will contribute to business outcomes; and
Proven experience working with leaders to coach and guide their decision-making process, alongside your ability to influence culture and performance.
