Are you an experienced NDIS support coordinator or psychosocial recovery coach looking for more flexibility in your work and higher pay?
We are an NDIS-registered provider specialising in NDIS support coordination services. We provide specialist support coordination (level 3), support coordination (level 2), and psychosocial recovery coaching. We specialise in mental health, but we also support a broad range of people with different types of disabilities.
You will work as part of a team of experienced support coordinators who all live in the broader Newcastle area. We all work independently from home, but we have regular team meetings and also meet in person.

To be successful in this role you will:
* Have a minimum of 1-2 years experience as an NDIS support coordinator or psychosocial recovery coach
* Psychosocial recovery coaches require either a lived or learnt experience of mental health. An example of learnt experience would be at least 2 years paid experience in supporting people with mental health challenges, or a cert IV in mental health.
* Hold up-to-date NDIS compliance documentation along with relevant background checks.
* Hold relevant certifications such as vaccination certifications, WWCC, valid driver's license, comprehensive care insurance and have access to your own car.
* Show a high level of empathy and dedication to working with NDIS participants, with a vulnerable population.

It is essential that you hold
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Current Police Check
* Current Working with Children Check
* Drivers License, and a reliable vehicle with registration and comprehensive insurance
* NDIS worker orientation module
* Your own ABN and insurances (professional indemnity and public liability). We can assist you with this.
Pay rate: $55 an hour for support coordination (level 2) and psychosocial recovery coaching.
Expected hours: Flexible.
