We are partnering with a global leader in intralogistics solutions who are seeking a commercially minded Internal Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support growth across the ANZ region.
This is a hybrid role sitting between sales, marketing, and customer engagement, focused on generating qualified leads, managing CRM pipelines, and supporting the sales team to convert leads into opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate and qualify leads through digital outreach, research, and events to build a strong sales pipeline
* Manage CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot), ensuring accurate data, lead tracking, and timely follow-up
* Support Territory Sales Managers with coordination, opportunity management, quotations, and forecasting
* Align and execute marketing activities with local and global teams including campaigns, content, and customer case studies
* Coordinate industry events and trade shows, including logistics, attendance, and lead capture
About You
* A motivated, self‐starter with 3–5 years' experience in sales / project coordination and/or marketing
* Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot preferred)
* Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
* Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills
* Exposure to industrial automation, warehouse solutions, or technical products highly regarded
* Driver's licence and willingness to travel occasionally (pre‐planned)

Job Type: Hybrid, Temporary/Casual position, up to 38hrs/week
Salary: $40 per hour + Superannuation
