Our client is a premium Australian wine producer with vineyards in key wine regions. A fantastic opportunity now exists for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join their team and drive growth across both on- and off-premise channels.
This role focuses on delivering consistent and profitable sales growth through new business development, premium product mix management, and exceptional customer service. You'll collaborate closely with Trade Marketing and Key Account teams to activate promotional campaigns and increase brand awareness within Newcastle, Central Coast and surrounds.
Key Responsibilities
* Building strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers
* Identifying and converting new on- and off-premise accounts to grow brand visibility
* Developing and maintaining a structured monthly call cycle, supported by CRM usage
* Executing marketing initiatives and tailored activations in line with brand guidelines
* Driving premium wine placement in key venues that can champion the brand
* Meeting commercial KPIs across volume, margin, and premium mix
* Providing regular sales reporting, customer feedback, and competitive intel
* Contributing to sales forecasting and strategic business planning
