Job Summary:
Harvey Norman is seeking a highly motivated Sales Team Lead to manage sales performance and drive results. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, coaching and mentoring team members, and resolving customer complaints.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
* Coach and mentor team members to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction
* Resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
* Manage inventory levels and maintain high stock turnover
Requirements:
* High level of electrical product knowledge to support customer queries
* Experience in retail management with an excellent sales track record
* Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve sales targets
* Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades
