The role involves providing security services at Warringah Mall, supporting tenants, guests, and visitors. Key responsibilities include building relationships with key stakeholders, managing access, responding to client requests, ensuring site safety and security, and managing emergency situations.
Requirements
* Current NSW Full Security Licence including crowd control where applicable
* Apply First Aid Certificate
* Provide a cardiopulmonary resuscitation CPR Certificate
* Previous experience in Retail Security is welcomed but not essential
* Confident interpersonal and communication skills written & verbal
* The confidence and ability to take ownership of the service delivery which comes under your control
* The ability to complete reports using various platforms
* Excellent presentation well-groomed and corporate-appropriate
* High-level problem-solving skills
* Ability to respond to emergency situations
* Valid work rights in Australia
* Ability to work shifts up to 12 hours
* Availability across 7 days/nights
