Key Responsibilities:
* Sales & Revenue Growth
* Develop and execute territory sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities across construction, architecture, industrial, and shade structure sectors.
* Generate and convert leads into long-term business relationships.
* Customer Relationship Management
* Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with new and existing clients.
* Deliver product presentations and provide technical guidance and support.
* Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand project requirements.
* Market Intelligence & Strategy
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
* Contribute to the development of go-to-market strategies and pricing structures.
* Work with the marketing team to tailor campaigns for the QLD and NT markets.
* Reporting & Collaboration
* Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular activity and pipeline reports.
* Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. product development, logistics, customer service).
* Represent the company at trade shows, expos, and industry events.
Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in shade fabric, textiles, construction, or related technical products.
* Strong network across construction, architectural, or industrial textile sectors in QLD and NT.
* Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and travel as needed.
* Familiarity with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Driver's license and willingness to travel (up to 50%).
