Job Responsibilities:
* Lead the delivery of power generation rental equipment in field environments.
* Manage and support a team of field technicians to ensure timely installation and setup of power solutions.
* Collaborate with sales, logistics, and service teams to plan and deliver tailored customer solutions.
* Conduct site assessments, determine equipment sizing and configurations, and oversee installations.
* Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during transportation, setup, and operation.
* Manage inventory and readiness of equipment, tools, and vehicles required for field operations.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues onsite, providing guidance and escalation support.
* Maintain accurate records of installations, service activities, and customer interactions using service management software.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in power generation, electrical distribution, or equipment rental services.
* Proven leadership experience in field service operations or project management.
* Strong technical knowledge of diesel and natural gas generators, load banks, and temporary power systems.
* Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, single-lines, and site plans.
* Excellent organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.
* Familiarity with QHSE and environmental regulations.
* Proficiency with service scheduling and fleet management software.
Preferred Attributes:
* Experience in emergency response or rapid deployment power services.
* Electrical trade certification.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
