Your new company
Hays has partnered with a privately-owned builder-developer that has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality residential communities across South East Queensland. Known for their collaborative culture and commitment to excellence, they are launching a new multi-residential project in Carrara and are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join the team. The development includes 50+ architecturally designed townhouses and a high-end recreational/community centre. Civil works are complete, and the vertical build is ready to commence. The homes will feature high-end finishes, steel columns, and lightweight timber structures.
Your new role
Taking over the estimator to manage contracts from procurement through to completion. The role requires precision, strong communication, and a proactive approach to contract management and reporting.
* Administer contracts and manage procurement processes
* Liaise with trades and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and compliance
* Maintain accurate documentation and reporting, to meet client and board-level standards
* Collaborate with the site team to support smooth project delivery
What you'll need to succeed
* Background in Contract Administration, ideally with exposure to townhouse or retirement living developments
* Experience with Procure, One Breadcrumb, and Jonas Premier
* Strong understanding of safety and reporting standards for publicly listed clients
* Familiarity with Gold Coast trade networks is highly desirable.
