We are currently seeking two experienced and motivated Clinical Nurse Educators to join our team in permanent part-time roles at Gosford Hospital.About the Role2 Roles - Medical Assessment Unit & Renal and Medical Oncology Unit A s a Clinical Nurse Educator, you will play a key role in building the clinical capability of our nursing workforce through the delivery of high-quality education programs. You'll provide day-to-day clinical education, one-on-one support, and in-services to meet both individual and team learning needs, while fostering a culture of continuous professional development.This role also involves providing clinical leadership through mentorship, preceptorship, and role modelling, and working collaboratively with nursing staff and managers to identify learning priorities and support workforce development.
