The Opportunity
Goodlife clubs are lively places where no two days are the same. As aClub Manager, you will be responsible for inspiring your team and leading your club to success. Your role will see you use your people leadership skills, financial acumen, analytical capability, and management expertise to oversee all aspects of your club's operations to create a thriving and growingGoodlife Club .
You will be required to showcase your leading interpersonal, communication, and sales skills to drive a successful team known for delivering an exceptional member experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Management of sales budgets and analysis to determine proactive strategies for improvement
* Proactive contribution to your club's sales targets
* Management of your club's projected and actual Profit and Loss levels
* Leading in the delivery of exceptional member experiences and the successful resolution of member concerns
* Recruitment, training and retention of staff members
* Conduct weekly 1:1 and team meetingswith departmental leaders
Required Qualifications
* Leadership experience managing a sales team with 5+ direct/indirect reports in a high volume and fast paced environment. Ideally within the fitness industry
* Strong stakeholder management with exceptional verbal, written and time management skills
* Experience in managing budgets and monitoring & reporting on P&L
* Ability to engage and inspire a diverse team across club operations
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
