As the Media Implementation Manager, you will manage the execution of the day-to-day execution, management and optimization of campaigns across programmatic channels.
This includes fully understanding briefs, building responses and channel strategies that are rational and relevant with the support of your Account Directors. You will be overseeing the setup of campaigns and trading platforms, facilitate data and trend analysis to improve overall performance to ensure the delivery against campaign strategy and account KPIs.
Your Responsibilities :
* Managecampaignsetupsandoptimisationsacrossallchannelsandplatforms.
* Workwithclientsoncampaignbriefs,buildingresponsesandchannelstrategiesthatarerelevantwiththesupportoftheAccountDirector.
* Overseethesetupofcampaignsandtradinginallplatforms,completingdataandtrendanalysistoimproveoverallperformanceandensuredeliveryagainstclientKPIs.
* ManageandleadateamofhighperformingExecutivesandAssistants,mentoringthemandhelpingthemtogrow.
* Providingin-depthinsights,commentaryandrecommendationsoncampaignhealthandstrategy
* Test&Learnnewopportunitiesandbetasacrossclientswhilerecommendingmeaningfulinsightsatthebackofthelearning.
* Buildvalueaddingrelationshipswithmediapartners,internalstakeholders,auditors,andrelevantclients.
* ProactivelyseekoutstrategicInvestmentopportunitiesthatalignwithyourclient'sstrategicdirection
Your Expertise :
* 2-3yearsexperienceinasimilarpositionacrossdigitalactivationorbiddable.
* ExperienceontoolssuchasDV360,GoogleAds,Meta
* Deepunderstandingofcompetitiveadvantageofmediaownersandtechnologyvendorsalike.
* Experiencemanagingasmallteamandmentoringjuniormembersofstaff
* Provenabilitytodeliveranalysisandinsightsinafastpacedenvironment.
* Strongwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills.
