Key Responsibilities
* Provide accurate award interpretation and HR legislative guidance.
* Ensure HR practices comply with industrial instruments, policies and statutory requirements.
* Support recruitment and onboarding activities.
* Maintain HR records, employee files and compliance registers.
* Provide HR advice and support to employees and supervisors.
* Assist with training coordination and inductions.
* Contribute to HR reporting, collection of workforce data and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Support employee engagement activities and help promote a positive workplace culture.
