Therapeutic Services;  

Harm Reduction Services; and  

Better Access Medical Clinic.

About the role

QuIHN is seeking a proactive and organised Facilities & Administration Coordinator to support the smooth operation of buildings, vehicles and equipment across our Queensland sites. This role is responsible for coordinating maintenance, repairs and site improvements, ensuring facilities are safe, functional, and compliant with relevant legislation and standards.

This will include -

Building Asset Management - implement and coordinate schedules for all QuIHN commercially rented and company owned buildings, including maintenance, cleaning and security. Supporting Facilities & Administration Manager with any renovation, build or relocation as required.

Fleet Vehicle Asset Management - leasing, vehicle repairs and servicing, tracking and reporting and driver compliance.

General Administration - devices, equipment, cars, etc.

Quality and Safety - ensure suppliers maintain currency, report incidents, etc

What we're looking for

Someone who is passionate about their work and the health outcomes of both clients and the broader community and can demonstrate:

Essential

* >3 years’ demonstrating facilities and administrative experience in a busy environment

* Great customer service with a ‘can do’ attitude

* Excellent communication skills written and verbal and developed interpersonal skills

* Effective problem solving and demonstrated flexibility when things change

* Strong administration skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

* Intermediate competency in Microsoft Office products, plus ability to learn new systems

* Ability to liaise with suppliers, trades and subcontractors and provide direction

* Self-motivated, can handle multiple tasks and conflicting priorities, can work autonomously whilst working in a multidisciplinary team

* Valid Queensland driver’s licence (or equivalent)

Desirable

* Certificate or Diploma in Business or Administration

* Full time @ $44.58 per hour + superannuation
