Key Responsibilities
* Provide high level leadership and management to the NMPD Administrative team, including performance reviews, mentoring, up‐skilling, and auditing.
* Manage all aspects of the Education Tool and Requisite Education Framework (REF) procedures from creation to final approval. This includes providing correct templates and forms for completion i.e., ERIAF, SC‐LOL Education Tool Request Form, Review Table and providing induction on the Education Tool process to recent NMPDT staff.
* Ensure compliance to educational governance requirements from NMPD Team.
