Why this role is exciting: Lead a high-performing team of 6 Test Analysts while influencing broader QA standards across the organisation. Own the end-to-end quality strategy for a fast-growing fintech platform, including hands-on testing, automation, and stakeholder engagement. Work directly with clients and stakeholders – your presence and confidence will set the tone in workshops, meetings, and presentations. Drive innovation in automation and testing practices using Cypress, Testim.io, JIRA, Confluence, and more. Shape the future of QA in a rapidly scaling environment – define what “good” looks like, and make it real. Working closelya with and reporting directly to the CTO. What you’ll do every day: Lead and mentor your team, instilling structure, clarity, and standards across testing practices. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to define test strategies and quality goals. Roll up your sleeves in hands-on testing – from feature testing to client-specific implementations. Build and maintain automation frameworks, deciding what to automate and when to scale rapidly. Lead client workshops and presentations, ensuring confidence in your team and the quality of the platform. Monitor quality metrics, identify gaps, and proactively implement improvements across processes, tools, and workflows. Foster a culture of high expectations, accountability, and continuous learning – both within your team and across the organisation. What we’re looking for: Proven experience as a QA Manager or Head of QA in fast-paced, highly regulated industries (Health, Legal, FinTech preferred). Strong technical expertise in test automation (Cypress, Testim.io), test strategy, frameworks, and process implementation. Hands-on experience with functional, integration, regression, accessibility, and performance testing. Experience leading teams of leaders, providing structure, mentoring, and performance management. Excellent stakeholder presence, confidence, and communication skills – able to navigate complex conversations and influence across teams. Ability to thrive in a regionally dispersed environment, with awareness of communication challenges and proactive solutions. Solid understanding of SaaS platforms and modern tech stacks – C#, React, AWS. Familiarity with work management and collaboration tools like JIRA and Confluence. Strong analytical mindset, empathy, and the ability to demand excellence without compromise. Solution focused and a real "go getter". Strong management experience.
