• Assist with wort production including milling, mashing, boiling, and transfers
• Minimum 2 - 3 years of brewing experience required
• Perform cellar duties including dry hopping, tank transfers, carbonation, and yeast handling
• Cleaning and sanitation of brewhouse and cellar equipment (CIP)
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required for brewery operations
• Support packaging operations including kegging and canning
• Maintain accurate brewing and fermentation records
• Formal brewing qualification, packaging line experience, forklift license
• Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe brewery environment
• Availability to work set roster schedule including part-time hours
