We're looking for skilled and motivated Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanics to join our growing team! As a residential Kalgoorlie role, you'll work on a range of heavy equipment both in the workshop and across local sites, with the option of either casual flexibility or full‐time security.

Worthy Engineering is a mining services repairer, operating a team of over 70 employees from large workshop facilities in Perth (Henderson) and Kalgoorlie. We provide transparent and reliable service with safety always at the forefront.

Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out scheduled servicing, diagnostics, and repairs
* Perform breakdown maintenance on heavy mobile plant
* Maintain accurate service records and documentation
* Work safely and efficiently within site guidelines
* Liaise with supervisors and other team members to meet production goals
What You'll Need:
* Trade Qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanic (Australian recognised)
* Experience in mining, earthmoving, or civil plant maintenance
* Strong diagnostic and fault‐finding skills
* C Class Driver's Licence (HR desirable)
* Ability to pass a pre‐employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
* A team‐first attitude and commitment to safety
