Job Title: Culinary Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities
* Plan menus, manage food and labour costs, and arrange supplies.
* Maintain kitchen stock while controlling expenses.
* Ensure food quality at each stage from preparation to presentation.
* Talk with managers and staff about food preparation.
* Address issues and maintain team alignment.
* Show staff proper cooking techniques and guiding procedures.
* Help the team improve skills and maintain consistency.
* Prepare meals with care and attention to detail.
* Meet set standards for each dish.
* Explain hygiene rules clearly and ensure compliance.
* Keep the kitchen safe and compliant with health regulations.
* Select and train new staff members.
* Build a capable and well-prepared kitchen team.
* Freeze, store, and preserve food when required.
Qualifications
Hold a minimum of Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery/Kitchen Management. A Diploma of Hospitality Management Qualification will be an advantage.
Requirements
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen management practices.
* Ability to lead a team and work under pressure.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise.
* Communication skills with attention to detail.
