This position provides specialist Social Work service to patients, clients, consumers and their family/carers to ensure the provision of optimal health outcomes consistent with ISLHD policies, procedures, standards, relevant legislation, and the NSW Health Code of Conduct. The role delivers Social Work and case management services to the consumers of CAYMHS/ISLHD.

In the Shoalhaven, on Dharawal and Yuin Country, ISLHD operates three hospital sites: David Berry Hospital, Shoalhaven Memorial Hospital and Milton Ulladulla Hospital.
